2. What TradeBot does

TradeBot is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that helps tradespeople in the UK and Ireland manage customer enquiries. It also provides a free building cost estimator tool.

3. Estimator tool — no guarantee of accuracy

The Building Cost Estimator provides indicative estimates only. All figures are based on publicly available prices and AI-generated calculations. They should not be relied upon as a formal quote or professional surveying advice.

Always verify material quantities and costs with a qualified professional before committing to a project. TradeBot accepts no liability for decisions made based on estimator outputs.

4. AI assistant — limitations

The TradeBot AI assistant may make mistakes. It is not a substitute for professional advice. TradeBot does not guarantee response accuracy, availability, or that any particular enquiry will result in a booked job.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the AI chat

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software on this site is owned by TradeBot unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
